Torrent3 Overview

Our tech was originally developed to combat combine sewer overflows at wastewater treatment facilities. The Torrent3 Treatment system is readily available for deployment at municipal locations to alleviate pressure within the watershed at prominent sanitary and combined sewer overflow locations.

Torrent3 is versatile, and can be easily implemented at existing wastewater treatment facilities to accelerate the treatment process and enable previously vulnerable wastewater treatment facilities to achieve compliance, meeting permit requirements and eliminate discharge violations.

After initial endeavours in municipal CSO treatment, Torrent3 is now available for industrial application across several sectors to treat wastewater overflows. In addition, the use of Torrent3 for both pre-treatment and tertiary treatment has been tested and approved for implementation at existing wastewater treatment facilities.

In the case of disaster or emergency, our easily-transportable and readily-available systems can be deployed for small-scale disaster relief situations where existing infrastructure has failed. Torrent3 can provide
temporary (or permanent) relief to wastewater treatment systems which have been negatively affected in these instances.
